Shipping 

Please allow 2-4 days for your ready made order to be sent out and 10-14 days for custom orders.

All orders are sent out via Australia Post and delivery times are subject to those stated by Australia Post. All orders are provided with a tracking number. We take no responsibility for delayed or missing parcels once in the hands of Australia Post.

Free shipping for orders over $80 is only available for orders within Australia. 

International Orders

International orders are sent via Australia Post and delivery times are subject to those stated on the Australia Post website, all orders are provided with a tracking number. Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer if applicable.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products we are unable to exchange or return your product for change of mind. If your product is damaged or faulty we will be more than happy to help, please contact hello@aniday.com.au

Caring for your Earrings & Accessories

Please make sure you keep your earrings and accessories stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Be gentle when removing from your ears, try not to bend the clay too much.

Custom Orders
